Must have
- MS Teams with Enterprise Voice ( Direct Routing ,Operator Connect )
- Physical Phones, Conference Phone and Video Conference ( VC ) room configuration in MS team
- Experience in migration users from any other UC platform to MS teams and enable all work loads
- Auto attend, call Queue, Dial plan and Normalization rule

Knowledge on
- Number Porting
- Familiar on License required for enterprise voice
- MS team integration with Nice contact center
- Experience in Ring central UC platform

We are looking for **Teams Enterprise Voice Migration engineer **who can migrate from other UC **platform ( ring central ).**

**Description - Internal**
- Excellent knowledge of Implementation, Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Teams/OCS/Lync 2010,Lync 2013, Skype for Business Server, Voice/Video
- Excellent working experience on migration from legacy and third part UC solutions like (Lotus same time, OCS, Lync 200)
- Unified Messaging CTI (VoIP, IP Telephony etc), Media Gateways, Signaling Controllers, Mediation Server,
- Good knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange messaging, Unified Messaging
- Good working knowledge on Office 365 Lync online solution.
- Deploying & Configuring Microsoft Unified Communication in multi Forest & Resource Forest Model.
- Gateway Configuration like Audio codes, Ericson, Ferrari, & Oracle Acme.
- Integration with Lync and Video conferencing device, PBX.
- Migration from Non Microsoft UC environment to MS UC.
- Good working knowledge on Compliance solution (Actiance, Native Lync archiving)
- Knowledge on QoS for voice/video, IM, Desktop sharing networks (Traffic Engineering, RSVP)
- Performs analysis and diagnosis of high complexity networking problems
- Knowledge on Integration with traditional voice networks (PSTN), other messaging (Microsoft OCS/Lync, Exchange E-mail), IVR, etc. Network Convergence.
- Working knowledge on Lync/ CUCM/Avaya session Manager.
- Good knowledge on Data Networking
- Knowledge of Voice protocols (RTP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, G.7xx voice)
- Good knowledge of Firewall ports and security
- Good Understand of certificates and PKI
- Good working knowledge on the DNS ,DHCP and DFS)
- Good understanding of the SQL DB
- Good working knowledge on Branch voice survivability like (SBA, ESBC, SBC)
- SIP Desk phone and soft phone configuration
- Good document and communication skills
