**Adv. Job Description**
- Contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills.
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate specific contracts, regulations,

and procedures.
- Detailed understanding of the construction industry as a whole,

not just the legal aspects.
- Knowledge of commercial and transactional law.
- An approach that is strategic, analytical, and creative.
- The ability to work with a range of legal and non-legal

professionals.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to break down complex concepts into everyday terms.
- Relationship building and client facing skills.
- A knack for anticipating and preventing future issues.
- The ability to advise clients on contentious issues and guide them

through various forms of dispute resolution.
- The ability to prepare a case, represent clients in court and carry

out the other tasks associated with litigation.
- Any knowledge or experience of related industries like

engineering, infrastructure, or architecture.
- Identify evaluate present & certify title related assignment

related with any property
- Research on topics related to the Real Estate industry and

provides content for our blog every week or fortnightly.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the

company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Develop and oversee control systems(manages, directs, regulates)

to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal

policies which will include
- Collaborate with corporate legal consultants and HR departments

to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations related to

Legal aspects.
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible

compliance risks.
- Real Estate Acts (Govt.) - study and prepare synopsis

Auditing existing contractual documents and processes to ensure

internal compliance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
