**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**:Connect with restaurant owners, cafes, bakeries, and other retail businesses via phone calls to introduce QRkey's innovative marketing platform.
- **Sales Pitch**:Deliver compelling sales presentations, explaining how QRkey's products can drive customer engagement and boost revenue for their business.
- **Lead Conversion**:Follow up with potential leads, address objections, and convert them into active subscribers.
- **Reporting**:Maintain a record of calls and conversions for transparency and performance tracking.
- **Upselling Opportunities**:Identify opportunities to upsell other QRkey products and services to existing clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, tele calling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits**: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills are a must.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of restaurant and retail business operations is an advantage.
