**Job Description: Travel Sales Executive**

**Position**: Travel Sales Executive
**Location**: Panchkula
**Shift Timings**: US Shift (Night Shift)
**Experience**:

- Freshers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers with travel bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored travel solutions.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and changes using the Amadeus reservation system.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **For Freshers**: Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English to cater to US clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Flexibility to work during US shift hours (night shifts).
