As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Business Development Executive** to help grow our business by establishing new relationships, focusing on lead generation, and working closely with key industry players such as architects, dealers, distributors, and builders.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales and growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals. You should have strong communication skills, an understanding of B2B sales, and be willing to travel across India for client meetings. We welcome fresh MBA graduates with an interest in business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, dealers, distributors, and builders.
- **Sales and Negotiation**: Close deals effectively and achieve sales targets by negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
- **PAN India Travel**: Travel across India to meet with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to explore new opportunities.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor market trends and customer needs, and provide feedback to improve strategies and offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure successful delivery of products.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and goals to management.
**Requirements**:
- MBA Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience of 1 year in B2B sales, particularly in dealing with architects, dealers, distributors, and builders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel PAN India (2-3 times a month) for client meetings.
- Ability to generate leads and manage the full sales cycle.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
