**Company Overview**:
Gajanan Shoe Palace is a well-established wholesaler and retailer in Pune, known for offering a diverse and stylish collection of shoes and chappals. We are currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented On-Field Sales Representative to contribute to our growth by expanding our market presence.

**JOB Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-field sales visits in Pune and nearby areas to showcase the latest collections from Gajanan Shoe Palace to potential retail partners and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail outlets, fostering increased product sales and enhancing brand awareness.
- Possess a deep understanding of customer needs, providing in-depth product knowledge and making recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, adjusting sales strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and valuable customer feedback to the management team.
- Uphold the professional image of Gajanan Shoe Palace during all interactions, ensuring a positive representation of our brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in on-field sales, preferably within the footwear industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the shoe and chappal market in Pune, including current trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary
- Commission-based incentives
- Travel allowance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
