**B2B/B2C Telesales Executive - Telecom Sector**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain telecom products/services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable telecom solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecom services (mobile plans, broadband, enterprise solutions, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
