**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company’s products/services and convince customers to make a purchase or take action.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Record all conversations and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil; English/Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
