Job Summary:
You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and

services offered by clients. You’ll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through

excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client

Roles & responsibilities:

- Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
- Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Madurai clients using

telephonic and/or video conversations
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from client,
- Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
- Prompt resolution of Tamil Nadu client complaints,
- Assist the Madurai field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by

systematic follow up & time bound closures
- Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.

Qualification:

- Good if I have 6+ months of experience in the field of TeleSales, Telemarketing.
- Basic computer skills and software knowledge of MS office,
- Moreover, able to talk on phone with ease and confidence,
- In addition, you should be confident and friendly with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
