**Quality Auditor Profile**

1.1. Graduate or diploma holder.

1.2. Minimum 6 months of work experience as a Quality Auditor

1.3. Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques

1.4. Keen eye for detail

1.5. Should have good aptitude for fact finding

1.6. Excellent coaching skills

1.7. Understanding of quality methods and tools (score calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)

1.8. Should be a good team player

1.9. Open to flexibility in shift timing and 6 days working based on business requirements

1.10. Must possess great interpersonal skills in order to interact with different teams within the organization

1.11. Strong written and verbal communication skills

1.12. Good in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint

1.13. Good Aptitude skills
- reasoning and logic

1.14. Proficient in Hindi & English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
