What's this job involves
- The Food and Beverage Assistant has the function to assist the JLL Regional Food and Beverage Coordinator under the management of the JLL Regional Operations Manager.
- The F&B Supervisor Is responsible for assisting in all aspects of client satisfaction relating to food and beverage services
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
The Food and Beverage Assistant is directly accountable for the following typical activities within the site:
- Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work as defined in the JLL - Client Agreement
- Preparation and tracking of accurate monthly reports of itemized food cost and regular consumption data to JLL Regional Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Responsible for the assigned Micro Kitchen and Storage and related Culinary assigned facilities operational duties
- Customer satisfaction is always achieved and exceeded; obtaining regular feedback and executing improvement plans based on feedback
- Support JLL Regional Food and Beverage Event Coordinator in providing local events coordination; ensuring all events are catered for appropriately with the expected level of high quality on time delivery in relation to food and beverage
- Responsible for ordering and inventory tracking of all goods purchased including check in/receiving and storage
- Responsible for Invoice and Payment process for vendors on JLL & client systems.
- Ensuring the effective organization and food safety compliance of assigned micro kitchen(s) and storeroom(s)
- Evaluation of vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent high quality service delivery and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
- Review vendor/supplier’s performance regularly and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies
- Help maintain monthly and quarterly budgets and report to JLL Regional Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Help and support the execution in relation to any culinary and micro kitchen guidance and standards set by Facebook and in close accordance to the Culinary Playbook

**Skills**:
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
