Preferred candidate profile - FEMALE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards in food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will support the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and managing the food and beverage operations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, etc.)
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary and service teams to coordinate menus and special events.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
  • Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service protocols, and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
