Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Administration**: Managing daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, overseeing office supplies, and handling procurement.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and executive schedules, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- **Record Management**: Maintaining organized records, reports, and databases, ensuring accurate and secure information management.
- **HR Support**: Assisting with HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance with company policies.
- **Document Preparation**: Assisting in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- **Financial Management**: Monitoring office expenses, maintaining financial records, and assisting with invoice processing.
- **Problem Solving**: Ensuring smooth office operations and resolving administrative issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Confidentiality**: Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinating office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
