
Front Office Assistant/receptionist female Required

**Location: IEM Public School, Newtown**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable, equipped with necessary materials such as brochures, forms, and stationery.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as required.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, such as data entry, maintaining records, and filing.
- Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to visitors or callers.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Liaise with other departments to address queries and provide support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures, including monitoring access to the premises.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
**Minimum**: 2years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
