**Job Title**: Female Front Office Executive / Receptionist

**Location**: Park Street
**Experience**: 1-5 Years (Freshers with good communication may apply)
**Age Limit**: Up to 40 years
**Gender**: Female
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, route them efficiently, and maintain detailed call logs.
- Handle front desk operations including maintaining visitor records and managing appointments.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and office support staff for seamless office upkeep.
- Maintain inventory of front office supplies and place orders when necessary.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
