We are seeking a **Driver Compliance Executive** to ensure drivers adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. You will track and maintain compliance records, work closely with the Dispatch and Operations teams, and address any compliance issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor driver compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Check and update driver documentation (licenses, insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate with drivers for compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in training and educating drivers on compliance standards.
- Conduct audits and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in compliance or transportation (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
