As an experienced ELD Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing ELD implementation, monitoring data accuracy, providing technical support, and ensuring adherence to DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) across the fleet.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Monitor and review driver logs and ELD data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ELD-related technical issues and provide support to drivers and operations staff.
- Analyze ELD data to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for drivers and staff on ELD systems and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT department to manage system updates and integrations.
- Prepare and present reports on ELD compliance and performance to management.
- Stay current with industry changes, ELD technology advancements, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an ELD Executive or in a similar role within the trucking or transportation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and FMCSA regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ELD software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support others effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
