**Designation: Sales Operations Manager**

**Salary - 25 to 40k (negotiable based on experience)**

**Experience - 1 to 3 Years in Corporate Events and Social Experience operation**
- Identify potential clients and develop relations.
- Conceiving & developing efficient & intuitive marketing strategies.
- Generating and converting sales lead that develops into new business.
- Conceptualization and ideation for theme and décor as such.Venue assessments to create floor plans
- Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact & with in brand guideline
- Identifying and negotiating with vendor.
- Dedicated involvement in execution of the event.
- Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Become a reliable point of contact and provide 24x7 client support.
- Ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- Pre and Post event reporting and evaluation
- Overall tracking of events
- Daily Report Management of Team
- Branding and Publicity on Delivery or Services
- Identifying and sourcing of new vendors through event department and sticking to company policies to choose a vendor
- Identifying new market trends and research new technical ideas to implement at events.
- Good Knowledge with Event Management industry; both corporate and social events.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
- Knowledge of English and Malayalam mandatory, Hindi is also preferred.
- Growth oriented Bachelor's degree in events and/or hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of different religions and religious practices.
- Strong networking and negotiating skills.
- Good visualisation ability.
- Should have their own database and good rapport with vendors, florists, photographers, artists etc.
- Adept at planning, scheduling and delegation of work.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
