Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Sales and Reservations:
Handle ticket sales and reservations through various channels (online, in-person, phone).
Assist customers in selecting tickets based on their preferences and availability.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist customers with special requests, such as seating arrangements or accessibility needs.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
System Management:
Operate and maintain ticketing systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Update and manage customer information and booking details.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ticketing systems.
Event Coordination:
Coordinate with event organizers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support during events, such as managing guest lists and assisting with entry.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Ensure all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Promotions and Marketing:
Assist in the promotion of events and ticket sales through various marketing channels.
Provide information on promotions, discounts, and special offers to customers.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in ticketing, customer service, or a related role.
**Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ticketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
