**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Engaging English Lessons**:

- Design and implement comprehensive English language and literature curricula that align with educational standards and foster students' language proficiency, analytical skills, and appreciation for literature.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves creatively and develop their writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including discussions, projects, multimedia resources, and educational technology tools, to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance student engagement.
- **Facilitate Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Classes**:

- Lead thought-provoking TOK discussions and activities that encourage students to critically examine the nature, methods, and limitations of knowledge across different areas of knowledge.
- Guide students in exploring key TOK concepts, such as knowledge claims, ways of knowing, perspectives, and ethical considerations, through real-world examples and interdisciplinary inquiry.
- Foster a collaborative and reflective learning environment where students develop their analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to assess the validity and implications of knowledge claims.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, including essays, presentations, projects, exams, and portfolios, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements, communicating regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to address individual learning needs and promote academic success.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in English and TOK education, curriculum development, assessment strategies, and pedagogical approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the English department and across disciplines to integrate interdisciplinary perspectives and promote cross-curricular connections in the curriculum.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, committees, and school events, contributing to a positive school culture and fostering a sense of community among students, staff, and parents.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
