**Position Title**: English School Teacher

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Teach English language and literature to students of varying abilities and grade levels.
- Foster an environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and a love of reading and writing.
- Prepare students for exams and assignments through structured learning practices.
- Use various teaching methodologies and strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students, encouraging their academic growth.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices in teaching English.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field**:

- **Master’s preferred**:

- **B.Ed is compulsory**:

- **Able to teach from grades 3-10**:

- Proven experience teaching English at the primary/secondary level.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about teaching.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
