**Job Title**: Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- **Proposal & Negotiation**: Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of experience** in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹10,167.58 - ₹36,129.31 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
