**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports To**: Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and offering tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients who require staffing services. Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Sales Outreach**: Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients to promote our staffing services.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and results to management regularly.

**Key points-**
- Should understand the hotlist and skills of each resource.
- Each resource summary and profile should be in his bucket.
- Will connect with the C level people
- During the connect will represent TechNeutron is the best consultant to offer them the best resource with data integrity and security.
- Generate the lead and update into the sheet with proper description and remarks on each connect.
- Schedule the appointment from those lead data points.
- Do the proper follow-ups.
- Connect with the account manager for the c2c documentation.
- Close the deal

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
