**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Information Technology - Programmer (IT)

Experience: 4-7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Must Have Skills:

- 4-7 years of extensive work experience in Archer development within Risk and compliance business.
- Strong understanding of Archer development environment: Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, Record/Application Access, Calculated Fields, Data-Driven Events, Notification Workflow, Advanced Workflow, Calculated Fields.
- An understanding of Archer back office functionality: Access Control, Appearance, Application Builder(Applications, ODA's, Solutions, Workspace, Data Feed, Data Import, Questionnaire, Campaigns, Packaging etc. ), Integration, Management Reporting, Notifications, Workspaces and Dashboards.
- Implementation for various Data feeds to ingest files from various resources to Archer for process automation.
- Good understanding of Archer cloud version.
- Knowledge of Risk Management, Threat, Vendor, Business Continuity and Compliance, with solid understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Perform data imports and data migration to the Archer tool as and when required ensuring data is accurate and valid.
- Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders on the implementation of updated workflows including any tech
- Identify, analyze and solve complex configuration issues that impact the performance of the tool.
- Good hand on experience on scripting/programming language with strong hold in API integration.
- Hands on experience in API integration SOAP or Rest is important.
- Self-motivated to initiate actions and be responsible for consequent decisions.
- Strong analytical, design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written/verbal communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Nice to Haves (4+ years of experience in each must have skills):

- Hands on experience on ADO (Azure Devops).
- Exposure to Agile practices (Scrum /Kanban).

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintenance of highly secure and scalable solution for the business using Archer as tool
- Create change request process for development and enhancements
- Debug the issues, incidents and provide solutions for the same through hands on development.
- Proactively identify & implement opportunities to increase team efficiency such as reducing manual effort or decreasing the number of production incidents through automation & process efficiency.
- Automating manual tasks for the building and deployment of both code and data in order to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks.
- Provide support to the business and other IT teams to ensure continued availability, effectiveness and accuracy of production systems
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas.
- Timely delivery of artifacts, Key development activities, milestones, escalation, and business communication.
- Support scheduled weekend activities, participate in disaster recovery events and release testing events
- Should be flexible to work in early APAC and EMEA time zones
- Should be flexible for upskilling in different skill sets
