**Roles and Responsibility**
Job title: Resourcing coordinator
Experience: 2-6 Years
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
Location: Pune
JD:
- Coordinate the allocation of resources including employees, contractors, and freelancers based on project needs and availability.
- Maintain resource schedules, track utilization rates, and optimize resource allocation for efficient project delivery.
- Work closely with project managers and team leads to identify staffing requirements and skill sets needed for project assignments.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard new resources as needed.
- Assist in resource planning and forecasting to ensure adequate staffing levels for current and upcoming projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to proactively address staffing gaps or overloads.
