**Job Description -Sales Executive (Fresher)Job Overview**:

- Responsible for supporting B2B sales of IT products and services.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, assist in building business relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand company IT products and services thoroughly.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to prospective B2B clients.
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies under the guidance of senior sales team members.
- Support in conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
- Participate in negotiations and assist in closing sales deals.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights on market trends with the internal team.
- Prepare and assist in presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or events if required.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- **Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.** Prior internship or exposure to sales/IT products will be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good understanding or interest in IT solutions and products.
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques and processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

**Performance Indicators**:

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new leads and conversions generated.
- Client satisfaction and engagement level.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
