International Sales Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator at Faraday Ozone, you will support the sale and export of ozone technology products to international clients. You will combine your technical expertise with excellent customer service to manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role includes responsibilities such as providing technical guidance, ensuring timely order follow-ups, managing shipment logistics, and preparing dispatch documentation to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Support**:
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries about ozone systems and related technologies.
- Prepare and send detailed quotations, including product specifications, pricing and delivery estimates.
- Ensure all customer requirements are accurately captured, including technical specifications and budget constraints.
**2. Technical Expertise**:
- Provide expert advice on ozone systems and assist customers with technical inquiries, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Develop and present technical proposals, highlighting the advantages of Faraday Ozone products in comparison to alternatives.
**3. Export and Shipment Follow-Up**:
- Coordinate with the logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch of products to international clients.
- Follow up on shipment progress, monitor tracking information, and proactively resolve any delays or issues in the shipping process.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and local authorities to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Ensure that all international orders are processed accurately, ensuring the correct quantity, packaging, and delivery details.
**4. Order Tracking and Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any required customs paperwork.
- Ensure that all required export permits and documentation are in place to guarantee smooth and timely delivery.
- Track orders from placement to delivery, providing clients with updates and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of dispatch documentation to the customer and relevant authorities.
**5. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide post-sale support.
- Ensure that customers are informed of any potential issues with their orders, such as shipping delays or stock shortages, and work to resolve these issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Preferably an experienced female profile.
- **Educational Requirements**: Any Degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or export sales, with a focus on international shipments and logistics.
- Experience with export documentation, customs processes, and managing international shipments.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Eg : LinkedIn) for professional networking, lead generation, and promotion.
- Comfortable with working across different time zones and managing tasks outside traditional business hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
