Customer Care Intern

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases by providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
- Address and resolve customers' queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide post-sales service, including order tracking, returns, and exchanges, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, establishing a good rapport and trust.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to continuously improve our products and services.
- Oversee the shipping and delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience and meet organizational goals.
Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Demonstrated empathy towards customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns with sensitivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
