**About the Job**

What you will do:

- Hardware Support
- Troubleshooting Desktop, Laptop and network problems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

What you need to have:

- Diploma (CS/EC/IT/EEE), BSc or BCA or MCA or MSIT
- Basic knowledge in IT- Hardware, Windows and Linux Mint OS
- Applications/System troubleshooting skills
- Basic network knowledge
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada or Tamil
- Willingness to expand working hours whenever needed
- Ability to prioritize multi-tasking and proactively solving the problems
