Job Title: Account Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for clients that align with their marketing goals and objectives
- Create and manage social media content calendars, and schedule posts across various platforms
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve results
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and voice

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or similar setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ability to multitask
- Creative mindset and a passion for social media marketing

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (required)
