**Job Brief**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **PPC Associate** to join our digital marketing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. You will receive training and hands-on experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns while developing your skills in data analysis, keyword research, and campaign optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist in Campaign Setup**: Help with the setup and execution of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- **Keyword Research**: Learn how to conduct keyword research to find the best keywords for campaigns and analyze their performance.
- **Ad Copy Support**: Assist in creating effective ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- **Performance Tracking**: Work with the team to monitor the performance of PPC campaigns and help analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC).
- **Bid Management**: Assist with bid adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- **Reporting**: Help prepare reports on campaign performance for clients and internal reviews.
- **Learning & Development**: Stay updated on the latest trends in PPC and digital marketing by attending training sessions and learning from senior team members.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that PPC ads align with broader marketing strategies.

**Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Interest in Digital Marketing**: A strong passion for learning about PPC and digital marketing in general.
- **Basic Analytical Skills**: Comfortable working with data and willing to learn how to analyze campaign performance metrics.
- **Good English Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to focus on the details and learn how to optimize campaigns effectively.
- **Willingness to Learn**: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
