**With the launch of RazorpayX, the company aims to become a leading provider of banking and payout products to businesses covering the gamut of current account, payroll, vendor payouts and many others. Over the past year, the company has disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). Both of these are run as a separate business unit with a laser-sharp focus on innovating in the 0 to 1 stageHey designer, what will you be working on?**

We strongly believe that our products and platform should be beautiful and accessible. As a Brand and Communication Design Intern, you will get to:

- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver amazing customer experiences.
- Design illustrations and graphics for Razorpay products and website.
- Strategize, develop, and extend Razorpay’s design systems and pattern libraries. - Brainstorm and create new directions that help enhance UI on our diverse suite of products.
- Market and promote our products and features by designing visual collaterals for social media campaigns
- Create delightful animations and motion graphics as part of our products, website, marketing campaigns and blogs.
- Create branding projects from the ground up and deliver them end to end. - Delight our users with engaging and exciting designs.

**What do we expect from you?**

As a Brand and Communication Design intern, we expect you to have:

- Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into designs that are visually crisp, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Good understanding of design patterns, colour theory, typography, illustrations and iconography.
- A good grasp of user-centred design principles to produce high-quality visuals from concept to execution across all our platforms.
- A good grasp of how to structure information well and churn out gorgeous interfaces. - Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and the marketing team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and customer experience.
- Expert skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma/Sketch. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Apart from these, we also expect the following, but we accept that you can be an absolutely great designer without fulfilling the below. So go ahead and even if the following aren’t applicable:

- Video editing skills using premiere pro or similar tools.
- Experience with Motion Design tools like After Effects. - Knowledge of tools like Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya - Experience working with prototyping tools like Invision, Principle.
