Designation: Executive - Communications/ Generalist
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Location: Jayanagar 9th Block, Jain College Campus, Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:
Experience/ exposure in corporate/ internal communications.
Develop and execute the company's corporate communications strategies that will enhance our corporate image.
Work in coordination with content/ social media/ web teams.
Ensure our blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases align with our brand guidelines
Create escalation procedures for handling unfortunate situations like bad publicity
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify opportunities to raise our corporate image through such relationships.
Write and/or edit leadership communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the CEO and the Executive leadership team.
Track the analytics for communication campaigns and use the data to create reports with actionable insights.

**Requirements**:
A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or equivalent
Minimum of three years experience in a related position
Strong project management and corporate communications skills
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Experience in an agency setting is a plus
Basic HTML knowledge and experience using content management system CMS is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
