**Job description**
- Create and manage product listing and content for online marketplace, majorly on our website, Amazon and Nykaa.
- Responsible for complete P&L for Online Business 3rd party market places.
- Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and sales targets
- Strategise, plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns
- Develop, optimise listings and create content.
- Responsible for best in class ROAS/PPC and key indices.
- Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying potential spaces and marketing opportunities to generate sales and revenues
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Analysis and understanding market trends, competition and thereby provide inputs to Management
- Analyse sales and stock and arrange for replenishments
- Minimum 2-3 years of Core experience in amazon ads and other ecommerce platforms.
- An achiever and a revenue driver.
- Added advantage if you have experience if associated with leading ecommerce portals in cosmetics and personal care domains
- **Nykaa, Amazon, Vanity Wagon, sublime**, etc or have worked with personal care brands managing their online sales.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing a plus. Ability to measure performance and track Key KPIs is crucial for the success of this role
- Possess a pleasing personality
- Sound knowledge of website management and e-commerce usability.
- A strong grasp of modern technology and social media.
- Great energy and marketing flair.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Helium, AMS, Shopify and other analytical software

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
