**LMS Content Creator - L&D**

We are seeking a Content Creator/Developer for the Learning Management System (LMS) who can take care of all aspects of our LMS including overseeing content planning, design and development, and maintenance of courses and content on LMS.

The LMS content will be developed primarily for self-paced online learning and focused mainly on complete product knowledge. It would also contain content for process-level operations and SOPs of different functions. This person will work closely with the POCs of the Product team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of various functions, the training team, and the stakeholders from other departments. This person will be responsible for being up-to-date with LMS content creation, curation, and maintenance.

**Essential Duties**:

- Assist in defining course objectives, scope, and sequence
- Create, test, and curate learning courses and content on the LMS like videos, audios, documents, assessments, etc
- Develop LMS and soft skills training content using innovative teaching techniques &
tools like case studies, audio/video components, role plays, simulation, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation/assessment methods, etc
- Revise existing course content based on User Feedback and new product feature releases
- Support and monitor course functionality, participation, and effectiveness
- Resolve issues related to the LMS courses that are reported by users
- Work cooperatively with others to achieve group goals and objectives
- Effective time management skills, coordination skills, independent judgment, and

decision-making skills
- Responsible for second-level support of learning management system (LMS)

**Skills and Abilities Required**
- Excellent English and Hindi oral and written communication skills is a must
- Ability to use and facilitate online communications including video conferencing, webinars, and other technology-based communication media
- Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision skills
- Ability to work on multiple LMS projects simultaneously and focus on multiple project prioritize
- Acts with urgency and takes ownership
- Prepare creatives like posters, Scorm, clip arts, etc
- Create business presentations using PPT or Google Slides
- Has to be willing to work from the office

**Qualifications Required**
- Degree/Certificate in learning and/or training principles or similar education or experience is an added advantage
- Strong computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft and Google Suites

**Experience Required**
- Experience in any content creation/authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360,

Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, iSpring, Camtasia, or any other is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in working with any Learning Management System (LMS)
- Has worked on multiple assigned projects on content creation and LMS to their completion with mínimal supervision
- Has created corporate Blogs, Posters, etc in the past
