**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role and the needs of the organization
- Understand hiring requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites
- Assist with job posting on social networking and job sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements
- Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with stakeholders
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment of various roles

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Google Sheets & Docs

**Education/Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience recruiting in relevant industry/environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
