**Job Role**: Administration Executive
**Work Location**: Chennai
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
- Maintain and organize office operations, ensuring a clean and well-organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
**Security**:
- Managing Security, Monitor All Security Registers
- Maintain Courier Inward & Outward
**HR Support**:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and management, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
- Maintain records of travel expenses and reconcile travel-related invoices.
- Contracts renewal (Security, Ac service, Pest control, Refreshment, housekeeping)
- Night shift Cab monitoring
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
