**Responsibilities**:
1. Executing and maintaining basic fit and construction approvals through accurate garment specification.

2. Measuring garments and maintaining all specifications in tech packs.

3. Creating diagrams in Excel, including digital photos to explain fit corrections and construction details.

4. Identifying sample quality, color and construction issues against proto / show samples.

5. Collaborating with Designers and other team members to ensure design and fit proficiency of products.

6. Inspecting products according to quality and safety standards.

7. Develop an operation card.

8. Make sure that the basic blocks are created for each article. Can review each style for all measurements and create detailed techpack with the comments.

9. Ensure that the patterns and final products are developed to required spec.

10. Make sure to keep in house records for all patterns developed for sampling and production.

11. Ensure all size grading is approved before production.

12. Ensure that all patterns are kept on record and updated records if changes are made at factories for PPS and production.

13. Identify issues on all samples in regard to measurements, fitting, construction and workmanship and provide cost effective production viable solutions that will not compromise design intent.

14. Create a thorough checklist and ensure a final quality check is completed on all garments.

15. Updating daily/weekly inspection reports. Keeping an organized record of daily checks completed.

16. Understanding of acceptable quality level (AQL), checking for faults and defects in garments.

**Requirements**:
1. 7+ years related work experience in women’s outer & inner garments.

2. Strong solid pattern making background with fit skills.

3. Experience with sample evaluation with regards to fit and sewing construction.

4. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

5. Critical eye for color and details.

6. QC experience.

7. Strong technical skills and excellent knowledge of garment fitting, construction, workmanship, grading and manufacturing processes.

8. Ability to convey technical information clearly in common terms.

9. Good communication skill, positive with solution focus attitude.

10. Computer proficient, literate in Microsoft Office programs and pattern CAD system and able to learn new systems.

11. Make fact‐based decisions to improve and/or drive the business and processes.

**Preferences**:
1. Diploma or above in Technical Design, Pattern Grading or equivalent preferred.

2. At least 5 years working experience of practical garment manufacturing and handling women innerwear and outerwear.

3. Previous experience in retail; e-commerce added advantage.

4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
