**Reports to**: Project Manager / Construction Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design**:

- Develop architectural designs and plans for construction projects, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- **Construction Oversight**:

- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality control.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Present design proposals and recommendations to clients and incorporate feedback as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- years of experience in architectural design and construction management, preferably in farm or agricultural construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
