**Architect Intern**

**Eligibility**:

- **Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Observe and learn about **design processes**, client interaction.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, or team discussions (if applicable).
- Assist senior architects and design teams in developing **conceptual and schematic designs**.
- Create and modify **CAD drawings**, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Help prepare **working drawings**, presentation boards, and technical details.
- Support in rendering and creating **visual presentations** using Lumion, Enscape.
- Be proactive in asking questions and seeking feedback from senior team members.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and **Lumion**:

- Familiarity with **3D modeling software** (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
- Basic knowledge of **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Understanding of **construction drawings** and **architectural detailing**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- **Time management** and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

**Other Requirements**:

- Availability for a minimum of **6 months** internship (depending on your policy).
- Academic **portfolio of work** (Soft copy/Hard Copy).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
