Client Service Executive

1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship building.
- Understand clients' brand goals, objectives, and needs to offer tailored 360-degree advertising solutions.
- Regularly update clients on campaign progress, insights, and adjustments, maintaining transparency.
2. **Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Work with creative, digital, media, and other internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with clients' goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Stay involved in the creative briefing process to make sure client expectations are clear and achievable for the creative team.
3. **Business Development & Growth**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the agency’s client base by pitching services to potential clients.
- Develop customized presentations and proposals that showcase the agency’s capabilities and how they can benefit prospective clients.
