
Restaurant Captain

(a) Supervise and direct the daily activities of all the F & B Outlets.
(b) Work with the outlet chefs in the area of cuisine, menu planning design for the various outlets.
(c) Ensure through regular monitoring of Guest feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests.
(d) Conduct regular meetings with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager and constantly monitor guest complaints,compliments and suggestions.
(e) Assist the Assistant F&B Manager in organizing food festivals and developing guest loyalty and retention programmes.
(f) To perform the duties and responsibilities of F&B Executive in his/her absence.
(g) Review the monthly profit and loss statement for various outlets and assist the outlet managers in implementing the approved budget, monitoring revenue and costs on a daily basis and assist in taking corrective action.
(h) Maximise F & B profitability by implementing the cost containment strategies for all the outlets.
(i) Assist the Assistant F & B Manager in order to prepare the promotion and marketing/PR plans for various outlets and execute the same.
(j) Conduct refresher-training programmes for the staff and guide the new members of the department with proper schedules.
(k) Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, and build strong relationships with them.
(l) Implement an effective system of recording guest history, preferences and other guest related data.
(m) Ensure that the outlet procures the best quality raw material and cost-effective equipment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
