The Restaurant Captain is responsible for managing the dining room and ensuring that guests receive excellent service. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervise Service Staff**: Lead and coordinate the activities of servers and support staff during shifts.
- **Guest Interaction**: Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience by addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions.
- **Table Management**: Oversee table assignments, set up and break down dining areas, and ensure efficient service flow.
- **Training**: Train new staff members on service standards, menu items, and proper handling of food and beverages.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist with inventory management, ensuring that supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate service and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- **Sales**: Promote upselling and enhance the guest experience to maximize revenue.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
