We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Restaurant Captain** to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for assisting in smooth restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the staff to enhance guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Supervise and coordinate service staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Ensure timely serving of food and beverages while adhering to restaurant protocols.
- Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
- Ensure all tables are properly set up and arranged as per restaurant standards.
- Assist in billing and payment processes when required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service and etiquette.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
