IT Support Intern

Manage and support on-prem infrastructure including network devices, servers on configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Managing and troubleshooting cloud environments
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops desktops, Printers, servers, and routers,
- Installing authorized software in laptops and desktops.
- Supporting OSX (Mac OS), Linux OS, Windows 10, and Windows 11 operating systems
- Managing and troubleshooting Office 365 and other cloud-based systems.
- IT Assets maintenance
- Coordinate with Third-party vendors
- Resolve difficult system problems and provide user consultation or training.
- Configure, implement, and maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with the team on future direction and opportunities for new technology.
0 to 1 years of experience in IT Support
- Good Knowledge in Windows, Linux and OSX server and desktop environments
- Good Knowledge in managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Good knowledge in managing firewall, switches and routers
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Any professional program certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) is preferred
- Must have good communication skills
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree
**Job Type**: Fresher
**Salary**: ₹107,790.14 - ₹120,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
