**Job Title**: Demi Chef de Partie

**Experience**: Minimum 1- 5 years

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Skope Kitchens, Bangalore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present authentic dishes.
- Develop and innovate various traditional snacks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage raw materials, kitchen inventory, and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Kerala recipes and techniques.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute to seasonal or festival specials.
- Work closely with the R&D and FOH teams for customer feedback and quality improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
- Knowledge and experience in Kitchen Management
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Culinary training or certification, Bachelor in Hotel Management is preferred.
