**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes including Italian, French, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines.
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of food served.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, including Commis and kitchen helpers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in sourcing and ordering ingredients.
- Stay updated with current culinary trends and introduce new dishes.
- Manage food wastage and practice cost-effective cooking methods.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role in a reputable kitchen.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of European cuisine preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of plating and food presentation techniques.
- Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchens.
- Familiarity with kitchen software for inventory and recipes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
