**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative
**Shift Timing**: Rotational shifts, based on US Shifts 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
- Graduates are encouraged to apply
- HSC with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience OR fresh graduates with marksheets in hand
- Any prior experience should be documented and verifiable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum HSC qualification required; graduates are preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts based on US time zones
