**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Task Coordination**:Manage and organize daily office tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
**- Customer Support**:Assist customers in a timely and helpful manner, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.
**- Packing Support**:Collaborate with the packing team to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of orders, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
**- Multitasking**:Juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment.
**- Documentation**:Maintain accurate records, documents, and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with company policies.
**- Data Entry**:Enter and update data accurately in relevant systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
**- Office Support**:Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, assisting with projects, presentations, and general office tasks.
**- Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment, contributing to team goals and fostering positive relationships.
**- Problem Solving**:Identify issues and provide solutions, escalating matters when necessary to ensure effective resolution.
**- Energetic Presence**:Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role, inspiring positivity and motivation among team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic office machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Energetic and positive attitude, with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a dynamic work environment.
