About the RoleInfera AIBI Campus is looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Professional with a strong background in the EduTech industry. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth coordination between academic and business departments, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative ManagementOversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.Manage student, faculty, and staff records, attendance, and documentation.Handle office coordination, procurement, logistics, and facility management.Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.Monitor compliance with institutional and organizational policies.Operational CoordinationCoordinate with academic, sales, and marketing teams to support ongoing programs and activities.Assist in scheduling classes, events, and meetings.Maintain inventory, vendor management, and asset tracking.Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.EduTech-Specific ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth functioning of online/offline course operations and student services.Work closely with academic coordinators, trainers, and marketing teams to align administrative support with program delivery.Maintain CRM and LMS data accuracy and integrity.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role within the EduTech or educational sector.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS platforms.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Infera AIBI Campus?Be part of a leading EduTech organization focused on innovation and growth.Opportunity to work with dynamic academic and creative teams.Collaborative work culture with professional development opportunities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
